The prices listed below are for the entire villa per week and up to 12 guests and include All utilities and the use of all the many other amenities of our home including unlimited phone calls including local national and international, internet ready PC and printer, a high chair ,crib/cot , stroller , baby alarm. Safe and BBQ/Grill, games area.
To accommodate parties of 12 we have supplied two rollaway beds which may be placed wherever is most suitable for the group .
Prices for 2008/2009 prices include tax of 12%
Prices are per week and for the whole villa -not per person Hot tub heating included in all quotes. * Free pool heat in the winter months
Bookings of less than 7 days incur a cleaning surcharge of GB £50/ US$95 . Welcome Packs are available on request and are charged as extras
SECURITY /DAMAGE DEPOSIT breakages or damage caused during the rental period. In the event of any charges being made you will be advised in writing otherwise the deposit will be returned no later than 2 weeks after your departure . BOOKING DEPOSIT A cheque for GB£150 /US $200 per week will secure your chosen dates US Guests can pay their deposit by sending their check to our management company in Clermont should they find this more convenient. Please Check Availability of the villa first.
