Staying in a villa is a great way to get into the Floridian lifestyle, enjoying breakfast on the patio or sunbathing by your very own pool after a day at the theme parks

Our west facing pool attracts the sun from mid morning until 

               and evening and is ideal for watching the Floridian sunset.

                         The deck area is extensive so there is enough room to lay  around the pool and  enjoy soaking up the sunshine we have  padded  seats and loungers for 10 people

            The hot tub seats 6 people and is great for relaxing at the end of a tiring day at the parks

 .

       Our pool is  fully screened to protect you from insects so  you may swim in comfort in at any time of year.

                  It has steps that lead down into the shallow end and a built in seat .    

                 It is also  completely cool decked so you  won't burn your feet even in the height of summer.

      Two sets of  Patio table and chairs so you can eat alfresco in the covered lanai area and enjoy the balmy evenings. 

      We provide  you with pool towels especially for use around the pool area but you may also take these to the beaches or water parks  there are also robes for you to use after a swim .

        If you need a change from the pool then enjoy a game of pool in our games  area where you can also try your hand at air hockey or table football (foosball)
