Lake  Davenport  Estates

Lake Davenport Estates is situated just south of Highway 192,on US 27, and is a prime location from where to access all that Florida has to offer. Interstate 4 is just minutes from the community and provides quick and easy access to the beaches of the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts.
The community of The Palms is a pleasant mixture of residential and holiday rental homes. This small yet charming estate is well maintained, and although close to the hustle and bustle of Highway 192 and the Theme Parks, remains a quiet and peaceful community. Fishing opportunities are plentiful at the nearby lakes, and golfers have a wide selection of excellent golf courses, including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate .

Just a little north on Hwy 27 you have a Sweetbay supermarket,Santa Fe Restaurant, Chilis and other fast food outlets as well as the Super Wal Mart at Cagan Crossings that is open 24/7 .
There is a Publix only half a mile south from The Palms in Berry Town Center at Sand Mine Road where you will also find an Applebees , Indian and Chinese take aways and a great bar that serves Fish and chips
 
Within five miles you will find all the popular eating places, bars, restaurants either on Hwy 27 (towards I-4) or located on Hwy 192 (towards Kissimmee)
The International Drive area, which includes Universal Studios and Sea World, is approximately 20 -25 minutes away.
 
The journey to Orlando International Airport takes approximately 40 minutes and Sanford Airport about 1 hour.
 
 
A large new park containing soccer and baseball pitches, walking trails and a boating ramp onto Old Lake Davenport will be taking shape during 2011. A very short walk from The Palms
